Holidays: Friday and official holidays for all Sofia employees and shipping companies.

Sofia delivers your orders through the company’s fleet. Other delivery companies or individuals may be used during peak times to ensure your orders are delivered at a time that suits you.

Sofia’s delivery approach is to deliver orders as quickly as possible according to your geographical area, while allowing you to choose an appropriate delivery time during the day, week, or even the month.

Order Preparation

The item must be ordered at least two days before the desired delivery date so that the delivery team can prepare and provide the item. Please take into account the time the order is placed and Sofia’s official working hours.

Some products may require additional preparation time and may take several days, depending on the nature of the product.

Delivery Attempts

Please note that if you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time on two occasions, additional delivery fees will be charged for any subsequent delivery attempts.

Free Shipping

Sofia provides free delivery service for orders starting from 3 pieces.

Delivery Schedule

  • Cairo and Giza: within 3–4 working days.
  • Other governorates: within 4–5 working days.

Important Delivery Information

  • We ensure the safety of your order from theft or damage from the moment it leaves Sofia until the moment it is delivered.
  • The estimated delivery period starts from the moment the order is dispatched. Sofia is not responsible for delays caused by payment or fee-processing procedures required from the order holder.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply if the delivery location is within a remote area.
